Drevesa in mi – kako se povezati?
Drevesa in ljudje potrebujemo drug drugega. Že zaradi izmenjave kisika in ogljikovega dioksida. Poleg tega pa … Ljudje iščejo odgovore. Drevesa jih imajo. Verjemite. Veliko odgovorov lahko dobite v naravi. V njej bolje slišite sebe.
V objemu dreves se energija prečisti in intuicija se okrepi. Ob opazovanju narave in živali pa lahko prepoznamo marsikatero podobnost z nami, s situacijami v življenju … Marsikateri simbol se nam prikaže in to, kako narava in njena bitja reagirajo oz. živijo v teh situacijah, nam daje odgovore, kako mi lahko bolj naravno postopamo v svojem življenju.
Govoriti o drevesih je tako kot govoriti o ljudeh. Tako pomembna so za nas, za naš obstoj. Če ne ohranimo njih, tudi mi ne bomo preživeli.
Dajejo nam najosnovnejšo potrebno snov na Zemlji, kisik, skrbijo za ohranjanje ekosistema in prsti, ki nam posledično daje hrano in rudnine, z zelenjem čistijo in krepijo ter zdravijo našo dušo, učijo nas … toliko dobrega nam dajejo. Hvaležno vzemimo in jim povrnimo – vsak dan.
Uravnovešanje energije z drevesi
Ker nam drevesa toliko dajejo in mi njim – že fizično oni nam kisik, mi njim ogljikov dioksid, si izmenjujemo energijo in zato lahko drug drugega zdravimo, komuniciramo, se učimo. Čutimo se. Ker se pri stiku z njimi energijsko uravnovešamo, posledično zdravimo vse naše ravni – preko energijske tudi miselno, čustveno in fizično.
Vzpostavite stik
Drevesu se približajte počasi, si ga pozorno oglejte od korenin preko debla do krošnje in ga v mislih spoštljivo pozdravite. Položite roko na drevo, zaprite oči, nekajkrat globoko vdihnite in izdihnite ter se osredotočite na dlan. Kaj čutite?
Lahko čutite toploto, mravljince, žgečkanje v dlani, lahko začutite val energije navzgor po rokah in po telesu, lahko začutite karkoli kjerkoli na telesu. V glavi bodite pozorni na spremembe pritiska, kot da se vam ‘zaprejo ušesa’. Bodite pozorni na svoje misli, občutke, slike, ki se vam morda porajajo.
Nič se nikoli ne pojavi zastonj. Vedno vam podajajo spodbudne besede – če zaslišite kaj škodoželjnega ali negativnega, je to najverjetneje vaš um, ego ali kakšna entiteta nižjih vibracij – kar lahko prečistimo tako, da se še bolj pozorno povežemo z drevesom, zelo globoko dihamo in se v mislih obdamo z belo svetlobo.
Poglobite odnos
Naslednji korak je, da levo roko položite na svoje srce, desna pa še vedno počiva na drevesnem deblu. Začutite svoj srčni utrip in si predstavljajte, kako se preko drevesa usklajuje z utripom narave. Med vami in drevesom se bo vzpostavila posebna vez, ki bo koristila obema.
Zdaj si lahko predstavljate, kako se vaša energija prečiščuje tako, da preko vaše dlani in drevesnih korenin steče v zemljo, ki prizemlji in preobrazi vse vaše strahove, dvome in tegobe. V vaše srce priteče nazaj, preobražena v ljubezen, upanje in pogum.
Drevesu vrnete uslugo tako, da si predstavljate, da zdaj ta ljubezen teče iz vašega srca preko vaše dlani in njegovega debla v krošnjo, potem pa še naprej vse do neba in v vso naravo, ves svet. Tako ste naredili veliko dobrega tako zase kot za vsa živa bitja, ki smo del narave. Nato, kakor čutimo, se drevesu zahvalimo za čudovito izmenjavo in se odpravimo naprej.
